2. Order Placement & Cancellation

Orders can be placed online via our website or mobile app.

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled if already packed or out for delivery.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen issues (e.g., unavailability, weather disruptions, etc.).

3. Delivery

We deliver within our designated service areas. Delivery slots are subject to availability.

We aim for timely delivery, but delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or operational issues.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. We are not responsible for spoilage due to missed delivery.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes.

Prices may vary depending on daily catch availability and weight-based pricing.

We accept secure online payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, and cash on delivery (COD in select areas only).

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with a photo as proof.

Approved complaints will be eligible for a replacement or refund.

6. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website.

All content, logos, and visuals are the intellectual property of Honey Money Fish Co.

7. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Our products are raw and need to be properly cleaned and cooked before consumption.

Customers with allergies must check product details carefully. We are not liable for allergic reactions or mishandling.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jammu, J&K.
